Bookkeeping and Accounting
At some point, it makes sense for nearly every business to computerize their bookkeeping. In the simplest form, this would be recording receipts and checks into an Excel spreadsheet or into a computerized program such as Quicken. Alternatively, you may want to use a fully computerized accounting program such as Quickbooks or Peachtree. We have assisted many owner/operators in choosing which program would work best for them, and then provide the appropriate training and support. At the end of the year, it is then very efficient to simply provide us with a backup copy of your data file, either on a floppy disk, CD, or by email. With this information, we can make any necessary adjustments to your information, generate final financial statements and prepare your corporate tax returns.
